Job title: Senior Design Engineer – Electrical

Salary: Up to £57 000 depending on skills and qualifications

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Essential:

• Previous experience managing a small team
• Degree Qualified within the Electrical Engineering Discipline
• Chartered / Incorporated with the IET or working towards
• Strong understanding of Electrical Design
• Experience within the Marine / Defence Sector

Desirable:

• Experience with electrical software / modelling packages

• Working on the development of electrical systems ranging from lighting, to small power, to distribution.
• Electrical calculations, validation / verification
• Generating Electrical Schematics
• Reviewing electrical documentation / specifications / requirements
• Assessing electrical changes, conducting impact assessments
• Engaging with our international partners and customer
• Mentoring team members on a 1-1 basis to help with their progression and further education
• Assessing and verification of work packages
