WHAT YOU’LL GET UP TO:

• Handle the output of ads, social posts, event branding, banners, and more
• Design other crucial documents, presentations, reports, white papers etc that help us launch new products in new markets
• Ensuring our visual identity stands out in the tech/insurance industries
• Support with partner initiatives/communications
• Support the wider company with their design needs
• Instigate, conduct and review brand research where required
• Create visually appealing graphics including social media posts, email campaigns, advertisements, and website assets
• Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all platforms
• Develop and apply strong layout, basic branding, and typography skills to all design projects
• Assist in the creation of multimedia content, including video editing, animation, and interactive design as needed
• Develop and create brand merchandise

As our Senior Designer, you will work closely with the Marketing Lead in the creation and implementation of visual materials that support our marketing initiatives. You will have autonomy over the visual of the brand and contribute to high-quality designs that align with our brand messaging and marketing goals. It is a varied role that spans across the company jumping from task-to-task while pushing forward the creative of the brand both internally and externally.
