Responsibilities:
THE ROLE & THE TEAM
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Specialist/ Digital Solution Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the team by assessing business requirements and translating them into a problem statement and technical specifications at the same time ensuring cross-functional alignment and end-to-end process logic. Your expertise in Workday’s functionality and cross-functional perspective will be crucial in ensuring the system meets the needs of our organization and supports all stakeholders effectively.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
- Serves as a P&O point of contact for all Workday-related matters, including design consultation and Workday capabilities
- Impacts process flows to leverage Workday out of the box functionalities and avoid customizations
- Aligns & clarifies scope and feasibility of business requirements and the respective impact within PO
- Collaborates with People Tech and ZWorkplace Teams and other relevant departments to gather requirements to formulate a problem statement
- Ensures connection with other Workday modules and Service Now HRSD and end-to-end process logic
- Supports testing of new functionalities ensuring data integrity and seamless information flow
- Prepares & provides system demos, showcasing functionalities and customizations
- Provides end-user support, troubleshoots system and process issues, and supports enablement to enhance Workday proficiency within the organization.
- Stays up to date with the latest Workday releases, features, and industry best practices, and proactively recommends enhancements or optimizations to maximize system capabilities, supports Workday release testing
- Works closely with Enablement Teams to ensure proper end user communication and change management
