Responsibilities
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of SAP ERP, specific to the FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) module, with the integration with other modules for example PM, MM, PS modules
  • Provide subject matter expertise under FICO, Treasury, AR, AP (VIM), tax, as well as having the integration knowledge with the bank, third party tax systems and other connected applications
  • Consult and support during delivery of changes to SAP FICO in collaboration with other operational groups
  • Provide domain expertise to assist in demand shaping and solution selection processes; assist in the design, deployment and configuration of proof of concept and prototype application services
  • Ensure relevant performance management activities, such as measurement of Service Level Agreement (SLA) are performed
  • Coach and support partner in providing necessary assistance during patching, maintenance, upgrades, and other related activities associated with operating an application. This includes supporting partner in resolution of major incidents
  • Support release management and operational readiness; identify and communicate operational risks
  • Ensure documentation of application specifications and production of operational support manuals
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into technical or functional specifications
  • Support compliance (internal and external regulations and policies) for Security, Compliance & Accreditation processes
