Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as HR Strategy Consultant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team and drive the success of our organization through innovative and forward-thinking HR strategies. The HR Strategy & Consulting team has a joint responsibility for the following areas:

  • Ensure the business, its requirements, and development are at the heart of everything HR does
  • Contribute to the development of an agile functional strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and takes note of important market and HR trends
  • Steer yearly strategic planning and execution and create milestone transparency towards the HR community, e.g. through HR portfolio process and HR finances
  • Accompany and add to HR’s continued ambition to be the people’s people
  • Provide consulting on must-win HR projects (strategic/ continuous improvement/ transformation) and on topics that require central guidance and leadership by working as a trusted partner of the HR community
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and beyond to deliver high quality content for executive briefings and presentations
  • Measure functional success through meaningful KPIs, anticipate trends and propose related actions
