MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Product cost experience, preferably in a standard costing environment, and knowledge of related processes and systems.
- Familiarity with ERP-systems like SAP and reporting systems similar to COGNOS TM1 and PowerBI. Robust command of Excel.
- At least 7 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Controlling or related fields in the manufacturing industry (electronics manufacturing, semiconductors or other high-tech industries preferred).
- Ability to meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
- Motivated individual with a growth mindset and strong dedication to identify and implement system and process improvements.
- Curious personality that has an insatiable appetite for learning and thrives in an ever-changing environment.
- Strong logical reasoning and/or coding experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English-language communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to publishing of quarterly product cost reports and drive continuous improvement to systems and processes to facilitate reporting.
- Interpret and explain business trends impacting forecast and actual cost of sales.
- Analyze manufacturing variances to provide explanations and stories for a wide range of partners.
- Perform COGS change analysis, including forecast over forecast and actual to forecast analysis.
- Support new product cost analysis for business plan evaluation.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business allocation decisions or manufacturing decisions.
- Maintain, improve, and develop system solutions.
- Build and maintain effective relationships to collaborate with global Finance, Ops, Engineering teams.
- Develop subject matter expertise of Micron supply chain, manufacturing, BOM structure and product flow.
- Coordinate and manage the calendar of costing deliverables across many teams internationally, holding all accountable.
