We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with Backend focus to join our Customer Success engineering team in Berlin or Munich. We are looking for strong candidates that have had experience in building solutions end to end.

• You will work closely with our product team as part of a tight collaboration, where we focus on outcomes, not output.
• Be an active contributor to our personal growth culture by mentoring and supporting others, particularly junior engineers.
• Volunteer as a technical driver for product and tech topics, bringing to the team your expertise and experience in solving real world problems.
• Moderate team sessions, guiding and supporting your team members as you tackle technical and process challenges together
• Take an active role in the team’s continuous improvement as a self-organising, high-performing unit.
• Bring your influence to the wider engineering organisation with involvement in cross-domain initiatives and Guild sessions.
