EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 2 years of Salesforce experience is required. Preferably, experience in Salesforce customization and development using Apex, as well as in developing and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, flows, triggers, and Lightning components.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Sciences or Engineering.

PURPOSE

Maintains and supports specific software components under guidance from more experienced Developers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• User setup and configuration: Managing users, roles, profiles, and permission sets to control access and ensure data security in salesforce.
• Customization like creating and modifying objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules to support the business process.
• Provide technical support for users by identifying and resolving technical issues related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Good understanding and knowledge of the business process, including lead and contact management, opportunity stages, pipeline management, forecasting, Contracts, and closing deals.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations to provide training documentation on Salesforce best practices, new features, and process changes.
