Responsibilities:
- Building strong, positive relationships with HR colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation.
- Providing proactive HR guidance with a focus on change management, organisational development, and employee relations.
- Acting as a trusted advisor on HR policies, employment law, and best practices, helping managers navigate complex HR challenges.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective virtual HR support that aligns with Jewish Care’s strategic goals.
- Leading on key projects such as re-organisations, redundancies, and culture shifts, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with employment law.
- Managing employee relations cases, including performance, disciplinary, grievance issues, and supporting managers with pragmatic, solution-based advice.
- Preparing documentation and bundles for Employment Tribunals (ET1/ET3) and working effectively within unionised environments.
