Description:

Our Finance Management Group’s strategy aims to strengthen foundations and enable growth through a scalable, responsive, financial management function, leveraging modern technology. Your role in the Human Resources team will be to engage, influence and provide coaching at all levels within the business.
This a 12-month contract.

What role will you play?
As Senior Human Resources Advisor, you will leverage your proven expertise across the disciplines of culture, engagement, reward, employee relations and early careers to support the Senior HR Business Partners’ in delivering cyclical HR activities, new initiatives, and projects.
You will act as the first point of contact from a case management perspective and triage to the appropriate centres of excellence. You will also act as an escalation point for the HR Service Desk in relation to generalist people enquiries, including the application of relevant people policies and processes. In addition, you will assist with the Early Careers programme and support the delivery of operational and strategic workforce planning with the HR team.
