Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
We have the best opportunity for an experienced HRBP who thrives on autonomy and embraces working with multiple stakeholders as a strong business partner. As an upfront and independent Senior HRBP, your partnership with leaders across our multi-site structure will be crucial in providing coaching and support on all people-related matters.
Your consultative and inquisitive approach, combined with strong commercial curiosity, will enable you to align people initiatives, projects, and capability needs with the overall business objectives. This is an exciting role for someone who is eager to build relationship and be the first point of contact for Managing Directors and senior leaders of the business when it comes to people matters.
You’ll be a key participant to senior leadership forums across our business units in New Zealand!
You will be coaching managers to enhance their capabilities, lead investigations, champion best practices in performance management, and implement HR initiatives; always provided with the support of your direct manager, the Head of HR Business Partnering.
You will thrive in this role if you present all or most of the below aspects:
- Experience within a HRBP, HR Partner or Senior HR Manager role in a large organisation, working in multiple sites
- Practical approach to problem solving and ability to make use sound judgment to make decisions
- Strategic mindset, with desire to support the business grow by enhancing the best of its people
- Demonstrated experience to partner with leaders to drive business objectives
- Excellent coaching abilities with strong interpersonal skills
- Confident, articulate, curious and autonomous profil
