ABOUT YOU

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, enthusiastic and resilient HR professional that will provide support and guidance to the AM managers on issues ranging from recruitment to people related matters to ensure a positive and productive workplace that meets AM objectives. You will have a growth mindset and a aspiration to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

You will have:

  • Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and guidelines in HR management systems in the public sector environment.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, analytical and time management skills.
  • Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a collaborative and diplomatic manner and able to build strong respectful and collaborative working relationships with AM colleagues at all levels.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Working knowledge of NSW public sector conditions of employment as set out in the GSE Act 2013, GSE Regulations 2014 and GSE Rules 2014 and the various awards, determinations and agreements affecting staff would be advantageous.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or equivalent experience in providing the full range of employee life cycle HR services e.g., recruitment, training, development etc.
  • Adequate knowledge and experience in order to deliver the Key Accountabilities and perform to the Focus Capabilities outlined in this Role Description.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a two Senior Human Resources Business Partners to join our team. The roles will provide guidance and support to ensure high quality and effective Business Partner services are delivered to the AM.

You will be paid a competitive annual salary $106,025 - $117,363, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation (currently 11.5%) and annual leave loading.
