EDUCATION / WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • University Degree, in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics or comparable
  • Experience in dealing with large, multinational enterprises / providers
  • 7-10 years of professional experience

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

The position requires analytical skills in combination with a genuine service-oriented approach including the ability to anticipate changes and present recommendations to Management. You will deal with large, multinational enterprises / providers in order to ensure services meet our requirements and expectations.

WHAT YOU`LL DO:

  • Contract Management for managed IT services
  • Identification and management of technical and contract risks
  • Escalation management
  • Claim management
  • SOW creations
  • RFI/RFP support
  • Authorization management for external workforce
  • Use creative approaches to ensure strategic development of department specific strategy, execution and operational plans
  • Monitoring of specific goals (scope, quality, availability) and continuous enhancements and adoption to new requirements
  • Develop concepts for continuous improvements of processes and content
  • Provide program & project management support for department specific projects
