In the context of this commitment to strategic ambitions, the Data, Analytics and Process Excellence (DAP) team within BGD plays a leading role. They make high quality, trusted data assets and analytics available, enhancing operational efficiency, accelerating digital transformation and lead initiatives promoting a data-driven culture with innovative technology and processes. Our team is a blend of forward-thinking professionals who are not just keeping pace with change but driving it.
For the DAP team, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Key User SAP FI.

• Knowledge holder of SAP FI and it’s configuration and data setup at TenneT.
• As a Key User, be the Business Guidance stakeholder for SAP towards TenneT’s IT organization, and it’s suppliers.
• Support with business improvement initiatives.
• Assist end-users of SAP with questions, problems and training.
• Guide the IT department of TenneT with resolving incidents in SAP.
• Manage authorizations to SAP.
• Maintain / guard the master data setup of SAP.
• Supervise the use of SAP by monitoring on data quality.
• Maintain the documentation, working instructions and training material for SAP.
• Guide the change process in SAP: Work out detailed requirements, test changes, update documentation, communication to end-users and provide training.
• Advise on finance reporting.
• Work together with your colleague Senior Functional Business Analysts and Key Users in Business Guidance and Financial Governance (in Netherlands and Germany).
