The Rebot team, part of the Data & AI department at RELEX R&D, is building RELEX’s main Generative AI system. In 2024, we launched Rebot (short for RELEX bot) as a preview, both for our customers and internally for our employees. By September 2024, Rebot was already handling over 30,000 questions per month, with usage growing 30% monthly. Now, we’re looking for someone to help us take Rebot to the next level by enhancing its ability to analyze customer data, enabling it to take actions within RELEX applications, and scaling its use.

• Make Rebot smarter, more knowledgeable, and more capable
• Improve how we measure the quality of Rebot’s responses and actions, both before and during production
