JOB OVERVIEW:

Octopus by RTG is hiring for a reputable consultancy firm in KSA a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Consultant with a strong background in Sustainability and Waste Management to lead our consulting team. In this role, you will be responsible for advising and guiding clients on sustainability strategies, with a specific focus on waste management, environmental health, and national-level strategies. You will work closely with clients across various industries to help them achieve their sustainability goals, reduce environmental impact, and drive long-term value through sustainable business practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Business, or Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of project management experience, particularly in consulting and waste management.
• Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks and waste management strategies.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience working with diverse teams and clients.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
• Relevant certifications in project management or sustainability (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.
