As a Manager/Senior Manager of Data Analytics, you will oversee a team of five data experts and have an important part in developing both the operational and strategic aspects of data-driven initiatives. Your leadership will guide the team in delivering high-impact projects, while your technical expertise will enable you to mentor and collaborate effectively. We’re seeking someone who brings together advanced technical abilities with a solid background in team leadership. The Data Analytics team sit under the Data & Insights function in our Marketing, Commercial & Customer Success Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data professionals (Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists), promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Comprehensive Analytics: Conduct in-depth cross-source analytics to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities, providing holistic overviews of key performance indicators and data flows
• Strategic Insight Generation: Elevate analysis to a strategic level, providing actionable insights that inform and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization
• Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end analytics projects, from data collection and cleansing to analysis and presentation, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timely delivery of insights
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, translating technical data findings into business strategies that support decision-making at all levels
• Data-Driven Innovation: Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, adopt new tools and technologies, and apply innovative approaches to data analytics and engineering solutions
