Job Description
Responsibilities:
Key Account Management
- Identify, engage and develop selected customers and non-customers as key accounts
- Discover opportunities to serve customers’ real estate needs across asset classes and countries
- Develop new group-wide capabilities and impactful initiatives to create value for customers and stakeholders
- Engage and support customers in and from China & Taiwan regions
Drive Investment Promotion
- Acquire industry insights, identify key activities along specific industry value chains
- Co-create and support Country operations team in driving investment promotion for large scale projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Business or Infocomm
- At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in food and urban agriculture industries
- Real Estate and regional experience will be added advantage
- Demonstrates a keen sense of business acumen, ability to adapt and respond to changes in priorities
- Ability and experience in engaging and managing stakeholders across all levels of seniority
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Team player and ability to navigate in a multi-cultural environment
