Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ongoing strategies for demand creation and also capture, crafting a tailored localized communication mix that utilizes channels like online ads, SEO, email, social media, events, webinars, partnerships, and offline.
- Create and manage time-limited multichannel marketing campaigns as projects to support achievement of company commercial targets.
- Analyze CRM data to create impactful activities that engage and advance prospects and customers throughout their lifecycle. Use data insights to optimize the activities and drive interest and conversions.
- Create a marketing plan for German market on yearly basis which is in sync with international marketing plan.
- Maintain relationships with media companies and cover media planning and buying.
- Collaborate closely with various teams including Demand Capture, Design & Content, Marketing Operations, Sales team and also Brand & Campaign Manager covering other markets.
- Set ambitious goals and define key performance indicators and metrics for demand generation and demand capture activities.
