Job Description

• Responsible for implementation and support computer Network and Security including Local Area Network (LAN), Wireless LAN , Data Center Networking, Wide Area Network (WAN) and Security Solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or Electronics.
• Active CCIE certification.
• Active Fortinet NSE 4, NSE 5 and NSE 7.
• Preferably hold CCNP Enterprise Certifications.
• Preferably hold CCNP Wireless or Cisco Meraki.
• Preferably hold the F5 certification (LTM/ASM Certification).
• Preferably hold Palo Alto Network Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE).

• Good interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Ability to produce presentation to deliver the Training and Technical Solutions.
• Ability to lead technical discussion and workshops with internal teams, customers and vendors.
• Ability to share knowledge and educate the team member as well as customers regarding to the new business challenges, technologies and solutions.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Good knowledge and hands on experience on various networking and security technologies like Router, Switches, Firewalls, Security Solutions and Enterprise Wireless LAN Products.
• Good Knowledge and hands on experience on Cisco ACI.
• Good Knowledge and hands on experience on Cisco SDA.
• Good knowledge on SDWAN technology on (Fortinet and Cisco).
• Good Knowledge and hands on experience on Cisco FTD Firewalls & FMC.
• Good Knowledge and hands on experience on Juniper SRX Firewalls.
• Good Knowledge and hands on experience on PaloAlto Firewalls & Panorama.
• Good Knowledge and hands on experience on Cisco ISE, ESA and SMA.
• Good Knowledge and hands on experience on F5 LTM/GTM/ASM/APM.
• Good Knowledge and hands on experience on Fortinet Sandbox, Authenticator, FortiNAC, FortiManager, Fortimail, FortiAnalyzer, FortiEMS, FortiProxy, FortiADC.
• Strong hands on skills on Routing and Switching, SSL offloading, Web Application Firewall and Application Policy Manager, IPSEC and SSL VPN products, SIEM , Sandboxing products , Intrusion Prevention Systems , Email Security Appliance , Web Security Appliance , Multi Factor Authentication, NAC, LTM/GTM.
• Field experience on requirement gathering / analysis.
• Strong skills to prepare the High level documents and Low Level documents.
• Strong skills to prepare network diagrams in MS Visio.
• Good Knowledge of security related protocols (SSL, IPSEC, SSH).
• Good Knowledge and hands on experience of Fortigate Firewall / FortiMail on the OCI Cloud.
• Good Knowledge and hands on experience of IT Monitoring Solutions.
• Projects based Experience required.

JOB PURPOSE:

• Handle support jobs related to Network, Security and Wireless.
• Handle Project Implementation work assigned.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide hardware and software support for CNS customers.
• Advise the customer for any enhancements
• Vendor Coordination on Hardware/Software Replacement/ Support
• Additional solutions or recommendations for enhancement.
• Provide training if required for the customers.
• Provide inputs for design.
• Prepare Scope of work for implementation.
• Conduct site surveys and meetings with the customers.
• Implement active network for customers.
• Provide training for customers.
• Infrastructure Management and Support for CNS
• Design and implement active network for CNS
• Support on any hardware and software related issues for CNS
• Recommend enhancements for CNS infrastructure
• Training for CNS staff and colleagues.
• Documentations preparations HLD/ LLD/ SOW/ Run Book /Admin Guides.
