Tasks
Role overview
As a Senior User Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new users for our platforms.
- You plan, execute, and analyze user acquisition campaigns across performance UA platforms like Google Ads, IronSource, Unity, Facebook, Liftoff and more
- You analyze data and optimize campaign performance towards Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- You track performance, adapt strategies and make decisions based on data and campaign performance
- You drive A/B testing in order to improve UA performance
- You track and report on key metrics on a regular basis
- You foster new and current relationships with advertising partners
- You collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement innovative solutions for user acquisition
- You are proactive; stay on top of industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- You own an university degree in marketing, analytics, business or a similar qualification
- You have 3-4 years of relevant experiences in marketing
- Experiences of working in the mobile gaming industry are very welcome
- You are experienced with paid mobile marketing campaigns and App Store optimization (ASO)
- You have very good analytical and conceptual skills
- You are dedicated, flexible and are excellent in communication
- Fluent English is mandatory, knowledge of German is welcome
- High affinity for mobile apps and enthusiasm for games
- You are proficient in Google Ads and have a strong understanding of meta
