Description:
Your Role
This role is a dynamic blend of business strategy and hands-on product execution, where you will define and implement product vision and strategy. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation through go-to-market and continuous optimization. Taking a lead in our high performing product development team, you’ll leverage data and a deep customer understanding to ensure we’re focussing where it adds the most value. You’ll work closely with our development team and bring a strong focus on execution and delivery. Along with our account management team you’ll craft a GTM plan that ensures we’re not just building products but successfully launching, scaling and realizing value from our products.
What You’ll Need
- You have experience, owning a full product or a significant part of one, with strong focus on business, strategy and analysis
- You have significant experience in Go-to-Market activities (launching, scaling, sales engagement, onboarding)
- You have enough technical understanding to collaborate directly with front-end and back-end developers
- You are data-driven and proficient in tools like Metabase, Tableau or PowerBI, with a general interest in AI technologies
- You’re a go-getter, eager to tackle complex product challenges with creative and innovative ideas that significantly impact our business
- You approach tasks as a numbers-driven systems thinker, favoring a pragmatic and outcome-oriented process management style
- You enjoy working on complex challenges in a collaborative non-hierarchical setup, not being afraid to step outside the confines of your role or job description
- You’re a positive spirit, fitting in seamlessly with our friendly team who believe in the importance of a positive and fun work environment
- You are fluent in English and on a C2 level in German (for working with the German market
Responsibilities:
- Customer & Market Voice. You act as the voice of the customer within the business. You’ll gather, prioritize and manage customer and market insights. Conduct user research during ideation and design to ensure the product truly meets customer needs.
- Execution & Delivery. You’ll manage the full product lifecycle, from idea approval through design, development, release and impact analysis. You ensure that every phase is executed smoothly and effectively.
- Go-to-Market. You will lead all aspects of product release, onboarding, sales support, and customer engagement. You’ll work to ensure a seamless and successful product launch and adoption.
- Product Strategy & Roadmap. You collaborate with our Head of Product to define the product vision, strategy and roadmap for your area of responsibility. You’ll ensure alignment with company goals and customer demands.
- Data-Led Decision Making. Use data to make informed decisions. You’ll conduct thorough data analysis on user behavior to assess product performance and identify future development opportunities.
