THE JOB: Senior Project Coordinator, Provincial PCN Initiative
The starting salary range falls within the minimum to mid-point of the salary range.
Starting Salary Range: $62,703 - $78,380
Reporting to the Manager, Provincial PCN Initiative, the Senior Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating a wide array of activities to support planning and implementation of Primary Care Networks (PCNs) across British Columbia. Working with the team and external partners, particularly the Ministry of Health, the Senior Project Coordinator creates and maintains systems to track key details for all PCNs across the province; develops, implements and trains team members on provincial processes; develops progress reports; and maintains a resource catalogue. This role is responsible for coordinating activities within the FPSC PCN Knowledge Exchange Strategy, including participating in agenda development and creating meeting summaries. The Senior Project Coordinator may also be tasked with preparing briefing notes and broad external communications related to PCNs.
