- You build the project infrastructure for teams, fostering clear communication and facilitating collaboration
- You work on defining project objectives, deriving functional requirements, and building the project roadmap together with subject-matter experts
- You break down complex challenges into pragmatic solutions, enabling informed decision-making and project success
- You drive continuous improvement by refining the existing project management framework and optimising existing processes to boost efficiency
- You serve as the trusted backup to the team manager, stepping in when needed, while your main focus remains on project execution. This role combines hands-on project work with leadership opportunities

- You have experience in managing multiple projects or programmes in parallel
- You have good analytical and communications skills and a hands-on mentality
- You have strong interpersonal and organisational skills to engage with and influence diverse stakeholders across different functions and cultures
- You are able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
