ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a senior quality professional with a strong drive for process improvement, corporate governance and change management.

Person will be assigned to Digital Execution/transformation (Business unit), and will work closely with improvement teams, process owners and cross-functional stakeholders. The resource will have a key role in ongoing process improvement projects.

  • Advise and support optimization of project processes and governance.
  • Support implementation and execution of Quality management processes and methods (e.g., Management of change, assurance framework, standardization of how we work).
  • Participate in identification of areas of improvements based on reported improvement proposals and findings from assurance activities.
  • Facilitate workshops and process mapping.
  • Perform process modelling and content updates in BMS (business management system).
  • Participate in change management and process implementation activities
  • Perform general BMS (business management system) training and user assistance.
  • Prepare and follow up quality and governance performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Senior resource
  • Area of expertise in business process management (certified)
  • Seasoned workshop and process facilitator
  • Relevant industry experience from larger process improvement projects and corporate governance
  • Experience with process modelling in Qualiware is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills and one team mindset
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English both oral and written
