Description:

  • Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging training materials and sales enablement content including e.g sales playbooks, talking points, objection handling, presentation, training content
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • In collaboration with UL University and LMS administrators support the development of content that addresses various learning styles and accessibility needs.
  • Manage multiple content development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with sales goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and HR to gather insights and feedback.
  • Conduct regular assessments of sales team needs and performance gaps to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Design sales enablement content for comprehensive training programs in line with Sales enablement Strategy that enhance sales capabilities and drive performance.
  • In cooperation with UL University Implement innovative instructional design methodologies to create effective learning experiences.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Conduct regular assessments of sales team needs and performance gaps to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure all training content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with company standards and objectives.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in content delivery.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and KPIs.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to training strategies.

  • Total Rewards: The salary range for this position is $70,000. – 80,000. and is based upon years of experience that is commensurate with the level of the position.
  • All employees at UL Solutions are eligible for annual bonus compensation. The target for this position is 10% of the base salary offered. Employees are eligible for health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental & financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country, for the relevant position level.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in content development, instructional design, or sales training, preferably in a sales enablement environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating sales content across multiple formats (presentations, internal support assets, etc.) and training modalities (in-person, virtual, on-line coursework, micro-learnings) is required
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing tools. Gamification experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS), in sales enablement tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, sales content management.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
