Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Analyze and interpret complex business requirements to identify and propose technology-based solutions.
- Collaborate with customers across the organization to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business needs and impact.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of detailed project plans ensuring timely delivery and project success.
- Apply Project Management skills to engage with and manage expectations of all project customers.
- Drive the optimization of business processes through the innovative application of Salesforce technologies.
- Assist the product owner in defining value and priority and selecting scope for upcoming releases and sprints by facilitating the continuing backlog grooming process and translate/document them in technology functional requirements.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Prior experience in Salesforce CRM platform with expertise in Sales Cloud/Service Cloud.
- Experience in Project Scope Management and Project Customer Management is highly desirable.
- Must have experience on service cloud with ability to work on case management
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce Admin Certification is required.
