JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically oriented Senior Salesforce Consultant with extensive Salesforce developer experience. This individual will possess a deep understanding of both Salesforce architecture and general technology architecture. The ideal candidate will guide our team with their technical expertise, ensuring robust and scale-able solutions that align with our business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical Expertise:
• Extensive experience as a Salesforce developer, with proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Strong understanding of general technology architecture, including cloud computing, data integration, and security.
• Hands-on software development experience and good understanding of standard software development lifecycles including version control and QA automation.
• Leadership Skills:
• Proven ability to guide technical teams, with strong mentorship and team development capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Experience:
• Demonstrated success in managing technical aspects of Salesforce projects from inception to delivery.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Certifications:
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred), or other relevant Salesforce certifications.
• Additional certifications in general technology architecture or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) are a plus.

• Technical Leadership:
• Provide technical guidance to the team, ensuring best practices in design, coding, and implementation.
• Oversee the technical architecture of Salesforce solutions, integrating them seamlessly with other enterprise systems.
• Solution Design and Development:
• Contribute towards the design and development of customised solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.
• Create and manage complex workflows, process builder flows, and custom development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Architecture and Integration:
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the overall enterprise architecture, ensuring Salesforce solutions are aligned with broader IT strategies.
• Design and implement robust integration strategies, leveraging APIs and middleware to connect Salesforce with other systems.
• Mentorship and Team Development:
• Mentor and develop existing members of the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and champion continuous improvement within the team.
• Project Management and Delivery:
• Lead technical aspects of projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery of solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliverables.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, and proactively implement improvements.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within Salesforce and other integrated systems.
