Senior SAP Business Systems Consultant eWM
The position is part of the global SAP CC team with colleagues located in our headquarters in Stäfa, Switzerland, North America and Asia. You will be able to contribute and help establish the location in Warsaw and further shape the international collaboration.
In the position of Business Systems Engineer with focus on newly implemented SAP HANA modules, you will be responsible for Maintenance / support of Sonova AG’s business systems, including the processing of Incidents and Service Requests and support for system operation.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Degree in IT engineering (Master, Bachelor or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of experience in business processes in SAP, including min. 3 years in SAP 4/HANA: specifically eWM/TM and GTS modules
  • ITIL Experience - mainly around: Incident, problem, change, escalation management
  • Experience in implementing multiple business process changes in SAP & other Business Systems
  • Familiar with SAP Standard Functionalities and Custom Development procedures
  • Experience in organizational change / process change and how to manage transformations
  • Experience with the Agile/DSDM project methodology will be an asset
  • Customer focus and strong team player, ability to be flexible and self-motivated
  • Able to speak “Business language” while talking IT topics
  • Excellent spoken English skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 5-10% of time

Responsibilities:

  • Lead emergency issues resolution process - including professional communication to Sonova senior Business Leaders
  • Realization of Service Requests (standard changes or service activities within the agreed scope of employee rights - the area of changes characterized by low risk)
  • Creating, analyzing and solving problems under defined terms of service (SLAs)
  • Carrying out support projects (EHP , Archiving, technology upgrades etc.)
  • Managing the escalation process (Project Issues, CRs, Incidents or Service Requests)
  • Problem solving / level 2.3 support, root case analysis and issue bundling
  • Collaboration with other IT teams (internal and external) supporting Sonova AG to solve problems.
  • Reviewing the existing IT solutions in terms of possible improvements, continuous expansion of knowledge in the field of new technologies
  • Ensuring the implementation of system solutions and maintaining systems in accordance with the GRC requirements and the policy / rules in force at Sonova (e.g. Authoriz., GxP etc.)
  • Supporting the activities of auditors and controllers (e.g. Auditor, TüV, FDA etc.)
  • Planning, Identification and implementation of Regression Testing as part of maintenance projects
  • Supporting the training of system users and solving sudden problems in the process of taking over projects from the implementation department through the support department
  • Participation as an advisor in the recruitment of employees
