We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to help deliver great results for our clients in Canada and the United States and build team morale. Our preferred candidate builds strong, trusted relationships with our clients. They have a passion for all things digital - strategy, products, platforms and marketing - and are not afraid to speak with various client stakeholders. As a Senior Scrum Master, you are a champion for Project Management and Agile best practices but are flexible and can adjust your processes to fit your project team and clients’ needs.

• Leads up to two internal cross-functional project teams usually composed of UX, UI, Tech, QA, Data and Content
• Is a Scrum and Kanban expert
• Supports PjM with resourcing and budget (Optional)
• Facilitates the ceremonies: Standup, Planning, Estimation during Refinement, Review and Retro
• Owns the scrum artifacts: Standup notes, Capacity and Velocity planning, Planning summary, Retro action items, Review the summary, optionally SLA
• Keeps the key stakeholders (Project Manager, Product Specialist, Client Services, Client) informed at all times with succinct and effective verbal and written communications
• Elevates the project team
• Resolves conflicts with empathy
• Mentors Project Coordinator and Scrum Master
• Updates Agile knowledge base when outdated
