WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR ‍️

• You have 3+ years of experience in software engineering and have maintained business-critical systems
• You are pragmatic and value simplicity
• You can quickly build a prototype while also steadily evolving it into a production-ready application
• You understand the importance of type-checking and testing your code
• You have an eye for detail, ensuring the accuracy of customer-facing features that rely on the ML models you support
• You are able to communicate complex topics to non-technical audiences and can effectively translate their requirements into code
• You have a valid EU work permit and reside within the EU. re:cap does not offer visa or relocation support at the moment
