• Leading an international team of project managers and domain leads for a complex Digital Cockpit / infotainment system
• Driving ASPICE improvements across HARMAN EU projects
• Driving and steering the achievement of program scope targets in terms of schedule, budget, cost and quality
• Responsible for calculation of resources and budget, technical analysis of customer quotations (RFI/RFQ)
• Manage delivery of software to customer (OEM as well as internal departments) in time, cost and quality
• Manage planning, coordination, prioritization and monitoring of all software activities during development lifecycle
• Interface to customer, supplier and internal management for all technical and project management related topics including reporting
• Providing accurate and aligned program reporting (internally/externally)
• Implementing Product Life Cycle Processes within program (Project Gating / Milestone Execution Plan) based on Harman PLM
