Reporting to the HR Superintendent, as a Specialist Talent Acquisition, you will partner with the broader Talent Acquisition (TA) team to attract, screen, and engage a pipeline of talent. This is a role that will require you to drive high-volume, blue-collar recruitment. You will live and breathe our brand, delivering excellent candidate experience and best hiring outcomes.
Flexibility is promoted at BTP with most of the TA team choosing to work in a hybrid environment that supports working from home and allows the opportunity to spend days in the office where you can network, build positive relationships with your stakeholders and foster team engagement.

- Facilitate end-to-end TA process via SuccessFactors and provide market insights to the Hiring Manager and HR Superintendent.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships for positive candidate experience.
- Develop and fulfill effective recruitment strategies for the East Coast (Mt Thorley and Mackay branches).
- Provide feedback to the Hiring Manager and HR Superintendent on candidates.
- Support onboarding of candidates once successful and hands-on in other HR activities as required.
