As Senior Sustainability Manager, you will be the key player in elevating the commercial sustainability agenda in Arla Denmark. Partner with our Managing Director and influence Danish directions for commercial sustainability.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and drive the Arla Denmark Sustainability Plan
• Drive the FarmAhead customer sustainability programme and secure buy in and close collaboration with our Danish customers in Retail and Foodservice
• Identify and leverage best practices in commercializing sustainability in Denmark
• Be a leader and mentor to the Commercial Sustainability Manager in Arla Denmark
• Support internal stakeholders with sustainability initiatives
• Drive sustainability training and engagement in Arla Denmark
• Support the Managing Director of Arla Denmark regarding sustainability matters
• Promote Arla’s reputation for sustainability externally
• Being an ambassador for sustainability in Arla Denmark and collaborate closely with the global sustainability teamRepresent Arla Denmark in relevant external forum
