  • Your Mission as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist:

You will be a pivotal player in the continuous growth of our team of amazing experts. You will bring your extensive expertise in managing the full recruitment cycle, from crafting job requirements to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. By building strong relationships with hiring managers, and leveraging innovative sourcing strategies, you will ensure we attract the best talent to drive our company’s success.

Responsibilities:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role, preferably within the Gaming/iGaming industry.
  • Previous experience in recruiting for both tech and commercial (general) business roles.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as exceptional English language knowledge both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR-related software.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and other online channels for employer branding.
