Responsibilities:

  • You will manage a portfolio of initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business.
  • You will steer and organize an interdisciplinary, agile team, focusing on Roadmap Planning, Requirement Engineering, Acceptance Criteria, Estimation, Priority & Risk Management, all within an Agile framework.
  • You will provide guidance and leadership to the project team, building and motivating team members to meet project goals in close collaboration with the Product Owner.
  • You will oversee status reporting, including updates on the roadmap, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • You will effectively communicate with superiors, team members, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You will manage ongoing quality control and actively participate in resolving quality issues, applying Agile principles to continuously improve processes.
  • You will act as an ambassador for our processes, promoting Agile methodologies, frameworks, and mindset across the organisation.
