Senior UX Designer

Are you eager to shape the user experience of a product that impacts thousands of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across Denmark? If so, we are looking for a passionate Senior User Experience Designer to to lead our FinTech and banking design efforts at e-conomic. You’ll be joining team on a mission to streamline the payment process from invoice receipt to paying and bookkeeping.
Cross-collaboration is key, which means you daily will be working closely together in a product trio (UX, PM and Tech lead) and other stakeholders to improve existing workflows, develop new features and solve problems for our users. In other words, you are not afraid to get your hands dirty and love a good challenge.
Besides improving Visma e-conomic as a product, you will join forces together with the rest of our skilled user experience designers to mature our design system and user panel, improve the customer journey and spread the UX spirit!

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Be part of a supportive centralised UX team of 14, that strive to evangelise UX and always push for a design thinking approach.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts and product managers to align expectations and ensure that the customers’ voices are embedded in our decision-making.
• Apply your UX toolbox filled with different research techniques on how to get meaningful insights through qualitative and quantitative research.
• Join forces with our design system team to ensure consistent user experience across our applications.Test and validate ideas, hypotheses and prototypes with our customers.

YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, IF YOU HAVE:

• 3+ years professional experience and a proven track record of your previous work.
• You are excellent at communicating in English (written and oral) and Danish (oral).
• You have experience designing enterprise/B2B/SaaS products.
• Proficient in UX design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Practical experience with different ideation and research methodologies. You are data-driven and skilled at using research and testing to inform your design decisions.
• A collaborative mindset. You can facilitate, structure and drive workshops. Strong communication skills. You are visualising your ideas and processes to ensure your work is clearly understood.
• A creative mindset and a can-do attitude. You are not afraid to take risks, experiment and explore new ideas.
