We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Administration and Planning to join our Asset Servicing (AS) 1LoD Controls team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL – hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Complete data analysis to support the delivery and maturation of an end-to-end view of the AS Risk Profile (as compared to Risk Appetite) into the AS Business Risk Committee (BRC) and other forums as appropriate
Deliver efficient and insightful controls input into Product Governance ceremonies, representing an end-to-end and holistic view of the product risk profile, inclusive of servicing enterprise platforms
Execute risk and controls governance methodologies and data analytic approaches as a key service to Product leads e.g. design tooling to further enable thematic, end to end process analysis and reengineering
Enhance delivery of data analytics approaches to improve efficiency and quality of analysis
Directly support the in-depth analysis of complex control matters as required alongside wider AS GRC and Product Teams
Oversee key risk remediation initiatives as required

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
10-12 years of experience in financial services is required
Prior Controls, Risk, Compliance or similarly governance centred experience is required
Leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence outcomes and advocate for decisions is required
Demonstrated understanding of products within the LoB’s remit, or a track record of the ability to adapt and learn the business at speed is required
Experience in manipulating and analyzing data from multiple sources is preferred
Experience in interpreting and applying Risk & Compliance policies and procedures to the needs of AS and applicable products and platforms is preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Execute with speed and impact ensuring that risks are understood and properly controlled/managed across the ecosystem
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across teams and work effectively in a fast paced, agile and changing environment to reach consensus
