Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Daily monitoring and troubleshooting of our distributed server landscape will be part of the task together with project work.
- Verifying the compliance and integrity of our systems is key to keep a high level of quality.
- Performance optimization and capacity monitoring is as essential as the resolution of end user problems through SAP’s internal ticketing system.Changes done to our landscape also include updating or creating documentation for level 3 Niche Area service.
