• Setting up the product vision: You’ll help define the long-term strategic direction for the Keysight Support Portal, to provide a modern, intuitive customer experience, taking in consideration new AI technologies and new experiences.
• Handling the product backlog: You’ll define and prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes, ensuring the development team focuses on valuable functionality.
• Providing acceptance criteria: You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to define clear criteria for feature completion and quality.
• Managing stakeholders: You’ll engage with business stakeholders, customers, as well as the support and delivery team to align product strategy and drive execution
