Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Service/Installation Engineer will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing of Cathelco and HEM products on a global scale. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards associated with our brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute installations, commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing of Cathelco and HEM products worldwide, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide high levels of service to customers, responding promptly to technical queries.
- Prepare accurate and detailed reports of work carried out within the expected timeline.
- Adhere to the highest safety standards while working onboard vessels.
- Complete service jobs in a timely manner and assist in implementing new software/operating practices in the Service department.
- Perform engineering analysis as needed during installation and troubleshooting onboard vessels.
