• Electrical and Mechanical Engineering experience (desirable)
• Excellent communication skills (essential)
• Strong problem-solving ability (essential)
• Ability to work independently under pressure in another country (essential)
• Offshore certifications (desirable)
• Ability to travel on short notice (essential)
• Valid passport (essential)
• Full driving license (essential)

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The Service/Installation Engineer will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing of Cathelco and HEM products on a global scale. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards associated with our brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute installations, commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing of Cathelco and HEM products worldwide, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide high levels of service to customers, responding promptly to technical queries.
• Prepare accurate and detailed reports of work carried out within the expected timeline.
• Adhere to the highest safety standards while working onboard vessels.
• Complete service jobs in a timely manner and assist in implementing new software/operating practices in the Service department.
• Perform engineering analysis as needed during installation and troubleshooting onboard vessels.
