As a telematics service provider (TI), Worldline has been supporting the development and operation of secure, reliable and future-proof TI components and TI access solutions within and outside of the German healthcare system since the very beginning. With over 350,000 eHealth card terminals installed in practices, clinics and pharmacies, Worldline is the market leader in the German healthcare system and has extensive and many years of expertise in connectivity and identity management solutions, including for health insurance companies.

THE OPPORTUNITY

For more than 15 years, Worldline has been developing solutions for the German health card, the electronic patient file and the telematics infrastructure at its Aachen location. Solutions that we continually develop for our customers, such as health insurance companies, and operate in our highly secure German data centers.
In this context, we are looking for a Service Manager who is able to technically plan, support and further develop existing and future services.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Support in the planning and preparation of offers for new services and services

  • Participation in the definition of system design and system architecture through to the adoption of the solution into production operations and service
  • Support in daily service with our customers
  • Creation of security concepts as well as obtaining and maintaining the approvals necessary for the operation of services in the German healthcare system
