We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Service Owner for the area Public Cloud to join our team at Atea Managed Services. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in enhancing Atea’s competitiveness by delivering innovative IT services.
TO SUCCEED AS SERVICE OWNER CLOUD
We are looking for a Service Owner with significant experience within public cloud. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a cloud architect and have experience with operation and management of large, multi-customer environments. A strong understanding of the business side of services and customer value in service delivery is essential. To be eligible for the job, you must be a citizen in one of the 5 countries which Atea operates within – Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark or Latvia.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Service ownership including design, planning, cost model, and documentation.
- Align with business stakeholders to identify capability requirements from business perspectives.
- Regular evaluation of services, collaborating with appropriate functions and users to identify gaps and plan changes.
- Development of service roadmaps aligned with Atea’s strategic goals.
- Oversee and support the implementation of planned changes and improvements to services.
- Ensure services comply with CISO & DPO requirements.
- Manage partner relationships and identify competency gaps within AMS related to services.
TASKS
- Execute planned evaluation of service health.
- Gather and document technology requirements based on strategy and business needs.
- Maintain and monitor service baseline/current setup.
- Identify gaps and plan mitigation strategies.
- Investigate technology options and trends to improve services.
- Conduct proof of concept (POC) on new services.
- Define automation and self-service flow options within services.
- Support procurement in choosing solutions.
- Assist project management in planning and executing technology changes.
- Support the PMO in project prioritization.
- Provide solution design support in sales and onboarding (on demand).
