THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:
- Three to five years of relevant experience in sales, customer services or similar role
- Experience in engaging with customers, stakeholders and coordinating and internal and external resources to best serve customers
- Hands on experience with business tools including the use of ERP and CRM systems
- Strategical mindset with excellent planning and organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills – English and German is a requirement (French good to have)

Responsibilities:
- Service Level Agreements; central point of contact for internal coordination/clarification of scope, orders and contracts
- Customer Training; align the scope and orders with the customer, coordinate preparation of customer training including documentation, carry out customer training at Laetus and at customer site
- Vision Inspection Project Coordination; central point of contact for VI service orders/backlog that are not managed by Deployment PJM
