THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

  • Three to five years of relevant experience in sales, customer services or similar role
  • Experience in engaging with customers, stakeholders and coordinating and internal and external resources to best serve customers
  • Hands on experience with business tools including the use of ERP and CRM systems
  • Strategical mindset with excellent planning and organization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills – English and German is a requirement (French good to have)

Responsibilities:

  • Service Level Agreements; central point of contact for internal coordination/clarification of scope, orders and contracts
  • Customer Training; align the scope and orders with the customer, coordinate preparation of customer training including documentation, carry out customer training at Laetus and at customer site
  • Vision Inspection Project Coordination; central point of contact for VI service orders/backlog that are not managed by Deployment PJM
