BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or a technical discipline such as engineering or computer science, MBA is preferred
  • Must have 3+ years of Services Product Management experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical discipline such as engineering or computer science, MBA is preferred
  • 4+ years of Services Product Management experience
  • Must be fluent in product management discipline
  • Must have excellent verbal and written skills
  • Must have the ability to build productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels across the compan

Responsibilities:

This includes: gathering and prioritizing service and customer requirements; defining the service offer vision and strategy, collaborating with Product and other key work partners to deliver winning service offerings and solutions, and managing the service offer throughout its lifecycle.
Researches and identifies potential new products or service trends and evaluates their potential for success in the targeted marketplace. Interprets customer & partner needs into new features and new service offerings through collaboration with customers, partners, product marketing, sales, engineering, finance, and other relevant departments. Develops product planning direction and prioritizes the new product roadmap.
