Description:
Adecco is actively seeking a skilled Set up Technician - Testing. This Full-Time role offers a competitive salary of $30.65 Per Hour within the manufacturing/industrial sector. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, possess knowledge of pump assembly/disassembly, and demonstrate proficiency in equipment setup and testing procedures.
- Pay Rate: $30.65/hour.
- Location: Burlington, ON
- Shifts: Monday-Thursday 2:45pm to 1:15am
- Job type: Permanent | Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Set up equipment on test floor for pump performance tests
- Assist Testing/Production Management team in conducting performance testing operations and recording required data
- Take instructions from Test Technician/Supervisor for pump testing operations
- Perform basic pump disassembly and reassembly with minimal supervision
- Maintain and organize test stand area for safe operation
Requirements:
- Mechanically inclined with experience handling tools and mechanical equipment
- Knowledgeable in basic pump assembly and disassembly
- Familiar with pump and motor operating requirements
- Good communication skills
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar function and/or manufacturing/industrial environment is preferred
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
