Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Support Advisor, you will:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments on a social media platform
- Provide accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues or answer questions.
- Handle complaints and negative feedback professionally, striving to resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments, such as technical support or management, while following up to ensure resolution.
