YOUR EXPERIENCE :

• Act as the person responsible for the installation, assembly, support and maintenance of the Company’s HANA (SAP) databases in order to provide a robust technological environment for the business lines and to ensure the continuity of business activities and service levels.
• Carry out the design, installation and technical configuration of SAP environments in line with commitments and guidelines;
• Propose improvements to technological solutions to optimize the performance and stability of infrastructure and applications;
• Act as HANA database advisor, recommending orientations and actions to maintain the level of support and services, and changes to be made to technological solutions;
• Provide broad-spectrum technical support for project construction, test execution and solution deployment;
• Establish, analyze, measure and improve all aspects related to the availability of SAP services;
• Carry out updates to the HANA databases of the technology solution according to the versions available;
• Develop and evolve HANA database maintenance procedures;
• Analyze and implement service requests based on service levels.
