Tasks

  • Define and refine software delivery processes for maximum efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project objectives and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and optimize workflows
  • Drive operational excellence and high organizational performance
  • Introduce and champion the implementation of Kanban and Scrum methodologies into our existing processes
  • Prepare, lead, and document meetings throughout the product life cycle; including dailies, grooming meetings, and retrospectives
  • Define metrics for success and convey a data-driven mindset
  • Handle resource allocation, task assignments, and workload balancing
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to align development efforts with the product roadmap
  • Maintain documentation of software delivery processes, guidelines, and best practices
  • Proactively anticipate challenges, develop innovative solutions, and implement effective strategies to overcome obstacles in project execution

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Software Delivery Manager, project management, or similar role in a technical environment
  • Experience with project management, Kanban and Agile methodologies
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills
  • Strong leadership and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to manage time wisely and work well under pressure
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics for decision-making
  • Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Fluent English, German language skills are a plus
