What we do:
As a recognized leader in providing Private Markets Solutions to clients across the globe we manage approximately $120.2 billion in discretionary assets and have oversight of an additional $782.9 in non-discretionary assets as of December 31, 2023.
The Opportunity:
The Solutions Consultant role is meant to provide support to our sales and customer success teams, as we look to increase revenue and client satisfaction. They would serve as an expert on all aspects of Cobalt and the supporting services.
This position will work side by side with our sales team on the maintenance of Demo environments and will be expected to demonstrate the more technical aspects of our systems. They will support our client team with complex onboardings, complex client requests, and custom-built reporting.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Contribute across the team as a product, service, and industry Subject Matter Expert
- Participate in the acquisition and retention of customers by communicating and demonstrating the value of Cobalt LP and our related services
- Provide pre-sales support to the sales team, including demonstration of advanced product capabilities
- Supply prospective customers with product and solution advice during the sales process
- Provide post-sales support to the customer success team, including identifying solutions for complex customer needs
- Provide support to the product and development teams, including contributing to the design and testing of new and existing features
- Contribute to product and service strategy planning with functional team leads and company leaders
Your background will include:
- 3+ years experience in a financial services investment, operations, or research role
- Experience in SaaS technology and private markets preferred
- Experience working with iLEVEL preferred
- Must have excellent communication skills, and be able to comfortably interact with clients and prospects
- Must have proven technical skills, including proficiency in financial reporting and performance measurement concepts
- Possesses a sales and customer first mindset and is energized by helping the team achieve revenue goals
- BA/BS in related field, with advanced degrees or certifications a plus
